Terms of Service

ScaleSafe Client Evidence · Updated September 12, 2026

Using Client Evidence

These terms apply to ScaleSafe Client Evidence, provided by ScaleSafe. By using the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business and accept these terms on its behalf.

Client Evidence provides customer record-keeping and dispute-preparation tools. Purchases, payments, subscriptions and customer communications remain managed through the business's existing systems. This application does not create enrollments, collect payments or establish payment-routing arrangements. ScaleSafe is not a bank, payment processor, law firm or merchant of record.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the records you provide. You authorize ScaleSafe to process, preserve and make those records available as needed to provide and secure the service, maintain recovery copies and follow your authorized instructions.

Connect only accounts and sources you are entitled to use. Obtain any required customer, recording or other permissions, protect account access, and ensure that uploaded material is lawful and relevant. You remain responsible for your services, disclosures, customer communications, record-keeping obligations and the accuracy of evidence. Do not misuse the service or attempt to access another business's records.

Coverage and dispute responses

Capture depends on provider permissions, configuration, available history, retention and API limits. A connected source does not mean every record or original file has been captured. Review coverage gaps and use available manual alternatives when necessary. A document's presence does not establish customer acceptance, and software access does not prove unrelated work was delivered.

Review the exact response, selected charge, supporting originals and missing evidence before export or supported submission. Exporting a response does not submit it to a processor. You are responsible for the correct account, response deadline, provider requirements and confirmation that a submission was received. Dispute decisions belong to processors, issuers and other relevant decision makers; ScaleSafe does not guarantee an outcome.

Controlled beta and third parties

Initial controlled-beta access has no Client Evidence subscription charge. No inherited enrollment-app pricing or additional application billing is automatically activated. Any future paid feature or plan will be presented separately before a purchase. Existing provider fees and contracts remain governed by those providers.

Beta features may change or need additional setup. Connected providers may change their APIs, permissions, availability or terms. Automatic Stripe notifications and direct submission require a working, authorized connection and supported configuration; manual dispute entry, reviewed export and submission instructions are available when direct submission is unavailable.

Availability and ending access

The service is provided on an as-available basis during beta. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScaleSafe disclaims warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete capture and suitability for a particular dispute. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

You can stop using the service or disconnect it from HighLevel. Access may also be restricted when authorization is revoked or to address misuse, security or operational issues. Disconnection and archiving retain existing evidence; request export or deletion through support. The Privacy Policy explains retention and recovery copies.
